Role Overview
The Education Counsellor is responsible for understanding the Atos training portfolio and guiding prospective candidates in making informed career and training decisions. The role supports candidate registrations across Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Online Training (OLT), and other training modes, while coordinating with marketing, following up on leads and fees, and contributing feedback that supports marketing activities.
Sell the IT training portfolio offered by Atos to B2C and B2B customers.
Key Result Areas and Performance Measures
- Financial: Generate order entry and resulting revenue through candidate registrations for ILT, OLT, and other training modes. Target at least 40 registrations per semester.
- Quality and Customer: Support a positive candidate training experience from registration through certification. Target a feedback score of at least 3 out of 5 or at least 70% referenceable candidates.
- Process Compliance: Adhere to defined processes and contribute constructive improvements, with zero non-compliance during reviews and at least two constructive improvements.
- Process Improvements: Identify and implement improvements that increase operational efficiency and effectiveness by 500 basis points.
- People: Complete mandatory and identified training programs, self-develop through training, coach and mentor new joiners, and complete one SAP certification.

Qualifications and Experience
The candidate should be a graduate with 1 to 3 years of experience in career counselling.

Additional Role Requirements
The role requires an understanding of IT careers and the IT job market. The Education Counsellor may be required to travel occasionally, attend education seminars, and conduct webinars or seminars.
