Your role
As a Senior E2E Planner, you will play a key role within Global Supply/Operations Planning by supporting major Delivery Centre projects and cross-functional initiatives. You will guide process adherence and improvements, act as a knowledge expert for the team, and ensure high service levels, customer satisfaction, and optimal inventory.
Your work will focus on balancing supply and demand through analysis, data-driven prioritization, and monitoring forecasts and sales trends. You will resolve short- and mid-term availability issues, collaborate with regional teams and suppliers, and identify root causes to drive long-term service and inventory improvements.
Your tasks
- Provide clear visibility of stock levels and proactively analyze potential constraints.
- Identify upcoming availability risks, assess impact, propose actions, and escalate when needed.
- Track and report E2E Planning KPIs with root-cause analysis and improvement proposals.
- Ensure accurate master data and parameter settings through regular system updates and clean-up.
- Represent the E2E Planning team in Delivery Centre projects and contribute to internal improvement initiatives.
- Review systems and processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Monitor data quality in planning systems and take corrective action when issues arise.
- Support process owners in maintaining and improving E2E Planning processes.
Your profile
- University degree or technical background in logistics, manufacturing, systems, or business is preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in supply or operations roles within FMCG or international environments.
- Strong planning experience in supply, demand, or distribution.
- Fluent in English and confident in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with planning systems such as SAP APO, Axapta, Vanguard, or SAS.
- Advanced MS Office skills; experience with SQL, data warehouses, and system implementations is a plus.
- Strong ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement mindset.
