How you'll play your part

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by driving sales and market share growth across your district, using data, insight and forecasting to shape commercial performance. Acting as a trusted partner to Agents, MBUK leadership and key stakeholders, you'll influence decision-making, strengthen relationships and deliver outstanding results across the Mercedes-Benz network.

You'll bring experience in sales performance management, forecasting and reporting, supported by a strong understanding of automotive retail, Agency models, automotive finance and key regulatory requirements, including Consumer Duty and Conduct Rules.

  • Deliver performance insights and challenge through monthly and quarterly sales reviews, driving continuous improvement across the Agent network.
  • Provide accurate, data-led sales forecasts that support planning and commercial decision-making.
  • Lead month-end activity, identifying opportunities and closing sales gaps to maximise registrations and group sales.
  • Drive local marketing execution, partnering with stakeholders to generate leads and support volume growth.
  • Act as the key link between MBUK and Agents, strengthening relationships and driving operational performance.
  • Drive finance penetration and retention through performance analysis, process reviews and targeted improvement plans.
  • Support regulatory compliance and customer outcomes, working with Governance & Oversight to identify risks and implement corrective actions.
