Role

As a Digital Workplace Service Manager and Site Infosec Officer, you will ensure smooth IT workplace operations, secure local site compliance, and effective coordination between business, central IT, and service providers.

Your key activities will include:

  • Manage and optimize the PC and software fleet for Tunis, Tunis Embassy, and Cairo.
  • Check PC deliveries and identify obsolete PCs for replacement or extraction.
  • Ensure PC purchasing and IMACD activities align with renewal rules and MWS contract terms.
  • Guarantee PC and software availability according to DTIT rules and standards.
  • Manage the IT authorization queue, including access, software, and administrator-rights requests.
  • Dispatch or reroute misrouted tickets to the correct teams and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Coordinate with HCL and central teams and share best practices with Service Desk and FSO teams.
  • Analyze user escalations and take corrective actions or escalate when needed.
  • Support DTIT workplace project deployments across Tunis and Cairo.
  • Coordinate local planning, pilots, and rollouts while ensuring projects address local user needs.
  • Prepare and deliver end-user communications regarding incidents, changes, deployments, and security topics.
  • Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and clarify DTIT procedures and standards.
  • Act as the local information-security focal point for the Tunis, Tunis Embassy, and Cairo sites.
  • Relay global security policies, standards, and guidelines to local stakeholders.
  • Participate in risk analysis, security reviews, audits, and incident follow-up.
  • Promote security awareness and ensure compliance with local security requirements.

Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a similar field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in workplace management, service delivery, or local IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft Office tools, and IT asset management.
  • Experience in service management and coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Good understanding of IT security principles, risk management, and local compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Methodical, rigorous, proactive, and able to anticipate issues.
  • Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
