Job description
The Digital, Data & Dissemination (3D) department covers all digital services for the CACEIS Group, including access creation, technical and client support, and reporting through digital applications such as OLIS Convergence, OLIS Mobile, TEEPI and Connect Store.
The OLIS team is the single point of contact for questions about the daily use of the platforms and helps clients use them to their full potential.
As a VIE, your main responsibilities will include:
- Presenting and assisting clients with our digital solutions
- Managing reports sent to clients
- Communicating when new digital solutions are introduced
- Improving internal tools
- Coordinating with IT teams regarding services linked to the various platforms
Profile
Postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably from a business school or university, specializing in economics, management or commerce. A first experience in finance, project management or communications would be appreciated.
Knowledge of the investment fund environment is an advantage. The role requires a strong customer focus, excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English, organization, attention to detail, rigor, prioritization, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Technical skills: proficiency in Microsoft Office. English and French are required; a third language is an advantage.
