You will join the 3D Digital team within the Products & Innovation division, responsible for the continuous development of the Group’s digital solutions and the exploration of new technologies and business uses.

As Deputy Group Head of Digital, you will contribute to implementing the Group’s digital and innovation strategy and support business lines in their transformation. You will be responsible for executing priorities, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and leading strategic digital projects in line with the direction set by the Group Head Digital.

Main responsibilities

Development of digital solutions

  • Design and formalize the services that make up new digital products or enhancements to existing offerings.
  • Analyze customer needs with commercial teams and assess feasibility with operational and IT teams.
  • Contribute to standard documentation for digital products and participate in their internal and external promotion.
  • Prioritize and schedule developments, ensuring consistency between design and implementation.

Supporting digital transformation

  • Identify business needs and participate in digital awareness initiatives, including the Digital Transformation Journal, training programs, Open Innovation Hub, CACEIS Innovation Day and design thinking workshops.
  • Support business lines in formalizing their digital needs and adopting proposed solutions.

Project management

  • Lead digital and innovation projects in agile mode from scoping through deployment, including analysis, specifications, coordination, testing, reporting and risk management.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including business teams, IT, service providers and fintechs.
  • Take responsibility for strategic or complex projects when necessary.

Team support role

  • Support Digital Transformation Managers on sensitive or complex topics.
  • Ensure operational continuity in the absence of the Group Head.
  • Represent Digital & Innovation Management to internal entities, clients and external partners.

Profile

  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably a Master’s degree or business school qualification.
  • 3–5 years of experience, including confirmed experience in project management, particularly agile projects.
  • Strong interest in digital culture and ability to design solutions.
  • Knowledge of Asset Management or Asset Servicing is an advantage.
  • Skills in solution design, project management, writing, communication, stakeholder coordination, product or service development, digital innovation culture, monitoring and managerial backup.
  • Autonomous use of standard office software, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to work in English with all types of stakeholders on complex subjects.
