Department Manager
Location: Primark Wood Green, London
Salary: £37,817, with 31 days annual leave and pension
Contract: Full-time fixed term, ending 6 February 2027, 5 days out of 7
The Department Manager plays a pivotal role with genuine accountability and ownership. You will help shape your team’s growth, enhance the customer experience and contribute to Primark’s people-first culture.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
- Be responsible for at least one department, including stock ordering and merchandising.
- Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
- Provide a superior level of customer service.
- Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
- Oversee the store for the shift in the absence of senior management.
