About the role
As a Department Manager, you will lead a store department with the goal of maximizing sales and delivering an excellent shopping experience. You will plan commercial strategies, maintain visual and operational standards, and manage stock to meet customer expectations.
You will coordinate and allocate tasks to your team, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills and maintain motivation and commitment. You will collaborate with the management team to promote a safe, organized and efficient workplace, resolve issues and ensure company policies are followed.

What we are looking for
- Leadership skills to inspire and guide a team towards high performance while encouraging collaboration and learning.
- A clear commercial vision and analytical ability to make strategic decisions and optimize department resources.
- Resilience, effective challenge management, communication skills and empathy.
- Previous retail experience, ideally in high-volume environments, leading teams and achieving targets.
- Geographical flexibility to work across different locations as part of your development.
- Studies related to commercial management, administration and sales are valued.
- Good English skills; other languages, including sign language, are also valued.
