About you

- A clear commercial outlook and analytical ability to make strategic decisions and optimise department resources.
- Resilience and the ability to manage challenges effectively.
- Strong communication and empathy skills for building solid relationships.
- Previous retail experience, ideally in high-volume environments, leading teams and achieving targets.
- Geographical flexibility is an essential requirement for professional development in the company.
- Studies related to commercial management, business administration or sales are desirable.
- A good level of English is important; other languages, including sign language, are valued.
