Department Manager
Primark is looking for a Department Manager for Lisbon - Colombo, with geographical mobility across stores in the Lisbon metropolitan area.
About the role
As Department Manager, you will lead a store department with the aim of maximizing sales and delivering an excellent customer experience. You will plan commercial strategies, ensure visual and operational standards, and manage stock to meet customer expectations.
You will coordinate and assign tasks to your team, providing guidance and feedback to develop their skills and maintain motivation and commitment. You will collaborate with the wider management team to promote a safe, organized and efficient working environment, resolve issues and ensure compliance with company policies.
