Join the NIKE Team as a Department Manager

As a Nike Department Manager, you’re the face of NIKE. You’ll work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, guiding customers, leading your team, and delivering exceptional service.

You’ll train your team, implement Nike Service Principles, represent Nike’s global culture and brand, and create positive moments for customers, communities, and colleagues. You’ll lead, coach, and inspire your team while driving store growth strategies and building community partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
  • One year of leadership experience
  • Ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
  • Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to use tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
  • Ability to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team that keeps store functions running seamlessly
  • Attract, assess, and onboard future teammates
  • Equip store employees with the tools needed to succeed
  • Lead team and business results, including budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management
  • Manage the product life cycle from the stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $26.96 to $40.44. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
