Salary: £37,817 with 31 days annual leave and pension

Contract: Fixed Term Contract (06/09/2026-22/05/2027)

The Department Manager plays a pivotal role with genuine accountability and ownership, supporting team growth and enhancing the customer experience.

What you’ll do

Collaborate with the management team to support the daily running of the store.
Take responsibility for at least one department, including stock ordering and merchandising.
Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
Provide a superior level of customer service.
Drive your own development through digital learning, apprenticeships and career pathways.
Oversee the store for the shift in the absence of senior management.
