The Vienna Marriott Hotel is looking for a (Demi) Chef de Partie (f/m/d) for a fixed-term contract from October 2026 to January 2027.

The Food & Beverage team prepares culinary experiences for guests at events including brunches, dinners, and large-scale catering occasions. Team members work closely together and support one another during busy periods.

What will you do?

  • Prepare and present cold dishes.
  • Ensure proper storage and processing of food.
  • Monitor adherence to hygiene standards.
  • Ensure consistent quality standards at your station.
  • Coordinate with other kitchen employees to ensure smooth service operations.
