Key Responsibilities

• Consult international HR business functions on new requirements and develop innovative, value-adding solutions across multiple markets.
• Evaluate requirements for technical feasibility, global governance standards, local regulatory considerations, and business case viability.
• Manage demands from regions and entities, validate global standards, and add qualified demands to the backlog.
• Ensure transparent stakeholder communication across geographies, including testing scope and User Acceptance Testing alignment.
• Create roadmaps, budget assessments, and resource plans for the international demand pipeline.
• Translate functional HR requirements into clear and technically sound ServiceNow solutions.
• Plan regular releases and ensure smooth operations across served markets.
• Identify reusable and configurable solutions that scale across countries.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in portfolio management, demand management, or HR IT business analysis, preferably in a global or multi-country environment.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly the HR Service Delivery module.
• Proven project management capability for end-to-end HR IT initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methods and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow SPM.
• Interest in AI and intelligent automation for HR services, including responsible evaluation of AI-enabled solutions.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones.
• Strategic, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and conceptual capabilities.
• Very good English skills at business-negotiation level.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, PSM, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or HRSD Implementation Specialist are advantageous.
