Job description

Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank is seeking a Delivery Team Leader for its Structuration team within the Non Linear Rates IT division in Montrouge.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external resources in achieving their objectives.
  • Create a trusting environment that encourages open communication, innovation, cohesion and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the construction of quality solutions and proactively monitor implementation.
  • Ensure high production quality through impact analysis, test coverage, user validation and adherence to best practices.
  • Maintain and develop team practices, performance standards and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide proactive and transparent reporting to management.
  • Manage technical debt through remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead delivery for the Structuration team.
  • Promote agile, Software Craftsmanship and SecDevOps principles.
  • Encourage technology monitoring and continuous learning.
  • Organize team ceremonies and events, including technical sessions, retrospectives and morning meetings.
  • Drive automation of continuous integration, compilation and delivery pipelines.
  • Support business delivery teams in achieving full autonomy.
  • Implement and improve application monitoring systems.

Team and environment

The Structuration Delivery Team belongs to the IT Division Non Linear Rates within Global Market IT. It provides a cockpit for Front Office Structuration teams working with IT, Quants, Trading and Risk on non-linear and hybrid products. The team includes Business Analysts and Developers and works with end users, Quant teams and external vendors.

Profile

  • Postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably from an engineering school or university, specializing in information systems.
  • 6–10 years of experience.
  • Experience in project monitoring, team leadership or agile methods, stakeholder management and IT systems in corporate and investment banking.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, financial products, booking and pricing issues, and basic development.
  • Strong communication, leadership, transparency, accountability and customer orientation.
  • Operational English.
  • Knowledge of Office Suite, VBA and SQL.
