Role

Crédit Agricole CIB is seeking a Delivery Team Leader – Non Linear IT – FO Booking & Risk H/F, based in Montrouge, France. The role sits within the Non Linear Rates IT Division of Global Market IT and leads one of the Booking & Risk delivery teams.

• Manage technical and functional debt by promoting remediation and continuous improvement.
• Align team delivery with business value and core IT capabilities.
• Build and continuously adjust resource-sourcing capacity according to business and IT constraints.
• Promote agile, Software Craftsmanship and SecDevOps principles.
• Promote technology watch and participation in relevant communities.
• Act as a recognised business partner and work closely with Product Owners.
• Ensure projects, activities and tasks are completed to quality standards, on time and within budget.
• Escalate schedule and budget risks transparently and propose mitigation measures.
• Manage the overall budget and execution capacity allocation according to business priorities.

Team

You will organise the daily work of a team of Business Analysts and Developers serving Sales and Trading. The team works with end users, Quants and external vendors to specify, develop, test and support solutions for pricing and booking financial positions, in collaboration with IT, Quants, Finance and other bank services.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent, preferably from an engineering school or university, specialising in Information Systems.
• At least 11 years of experience.
• Experience in project monitoring, team leadership or Agile, stakeholder management and IT systems for corporate and investment banking.
• Knowledge of Sales and Trading, financial products, risk and P&L analysis, and basic development.
• Strong communication, leadership, transparency, accountability and customer-orientation skills.
• Operational English.
• IT tools: Office Suite, VBA and SQL.

Permanent contract. Hybrid remote work may be available under the applicable agreement after a successful integration period.
