Job Overview

Supports the Dealer System Specialist in the business administration, operation, testing, and continuous improvement of MB Advantage and related dealer-facing solutions. The position assists with requirements and backlog documentation, user acceptance testing, production validation, incident research, user access and dealer maintenance activities, compliance documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

  • System Operations and User Support: Provide day-to-day support for MB Advantage and related dealer-facing capabilities. Triage inquiries, reproduce issues, document findings, coordinate resolution, maintain user access and dealer setup information, and support new dealerships and buy/sell activities.
  • Testing and Release Support: Develop and maintain test cases; execute user acceptance testing and post-production validation; document evidence and results; log and retest defects; and escalate risks or unresolved issues.
  • Requirements, Backlog, and Project Support: Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and enhancement requests. Maintain Jira items and supporting documentation and prepare materials for backlog grooming, sprint planning, and project updates.
  • Data, Controls, and Compliance Support: Perform system and process checks, analyze trends and exceptions, maintain procedures and control evidence, and support compliance with corporate policies and requirements including A22 and GLBA.
  • Stakeholder Communications and Training: Prepare user communications, quick-reference materials, presentations, demonstrations, and training content.
  • Vendor and Administrative Support: Assist with vendor meetings, issue tracking, service reviews, documentation requests, Data@Cloud reviews, information security assessments, and recordkeeping.
  • After Hours Support: Respond to after-hours system-down incidents and system releases as needed.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application.
  • Minimum of 3 years of overall work experience.
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Preferred experience in business, customer service or dealer support, information technology or business systems, credit, finance or automotive financial services, software testing or UAT, and requirements or project documentation.
  • Agile, software testing, business analysis, or project management certification preferred.
  • Experience with Jira or comparable work-tracking tools, Microsoft Office, testing, presentations, problem solving, project management, and stakeholder collaboration.
