Eviden, part of the Atos Group, is seeking a Data Warehouse Analyst in Timisoara, Romania. The role involves collecting, interpreting, and transforming data from multiple systems to support strategic business decisions and deliver robust, scalable data solutions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements, validate functionality, and align priorities, dependencies, and risks.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources, identifying trends, anomalies, inconsistencies, and data integrity issues.
  • Create technical specifications, data contracts, and source-to-target mappings for Data Warehouse and ETL processes.
  • Contribute to data mart design, analytics requirements, and reporting structures.
  • Produce gap analysis, business requirements, workflow, integration, use case, transformation logic, and ETL documentation.
  • Perform peer reviews, coach team members, and support test scenario preparation and validation.
  • Conduct impact analysis across Data Warehouse layers.
  • Collaborate with data governance teams on metadata, data quality, and reference data components.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, effort estimations, policy and standards definition, and L3 support when required.

Technical Skills Required

  • Solid understanding of Data Warehouse architecture and BI solution implementation lifecycles.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and complex analytical queries.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, data quality frameworks, and data governance standards.
  • Experience with Business Glossary, Data Quality, and Reference Data Management tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of banking products, processes, and industry data.

Key Qualifications

  • Three to five years of experience as a DWH Analyst in complex projects, ideally in financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is also relevant.
  • Experience with data analysis in banking environments and metadata-driven environments.
  • Experience with Jira is a plus.
  • Strong data management knowledge and advanced proficiency with Excel and MS Office.
  • Experience preparing source-to-target mappings and querying Oracle, SQL Server, Databricks, or Snowflake.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, mentor stakeholders, and contribute in Agile environments.
