Data Scientist - Property & Corporate Services H/F

For its internal and/or external clients, the Property & Corporate Services (PCS) department designs and implements a work environment and provides services that meet the bank's needs and Group standards while optimizing real estate assets and expenditure trajectories, managing decarbonization objectives, and controlling operational risks.

Within PCS, you will join the transverse Operational Strategy & Solutions team, which supports operational teams through PCS governance, IT and reference-data projects, Data and AI projects, and the management of Crédit Agricole CIB's decarbonization objectives.

Working with PCS teams responsible for real estate, site-occupancy optimization, security and real-estate infrastructure, and occupant services, your main mission will be to exploit data through models in order to industrialize, structure and improve its reliability.

Profile

• Postgraduate degree in data science or equivalent from a university, business school or engineering school
• Confirmed experience in Data Science; 6–10 years of experience
• Mastery of data science tools including Python, R, SQL and Dataiku or Alteryx
• Strong foundations in mathematics and statistics
• Machine Learning and AI knowledge
• Ability to explain a model to business stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and data-manipulation skills
• Project management skills
• Analytical mindset, rigor, proactivity, autonomy and strong interpersonal skills
• Operational English

The position is hybrid. Most positions are eligible for remote working under the terms of the company's voluntary remote-work agreement, after a successful integration period.
