Data Analyst - Agentive KI & Autonome Systeme (d/m/f/x)

At the Mercedes-Benz company health insurance fund, we are shaping the future of digital health care, especially for the employees of the group. We are looking for a visionary and experienced Data Analyst with a strong passion for Agentive Artificial Intelligence and autonomous systems.

Excellent German language skills at C1 level are required, and applications must be submitted in German.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the technological and procedural basis of the AI ecosystem.
• Develop, implement and further develop AI-based solutions using Python.
• Design and implement connections to REST APIs, SQL databases and cloud storage.
• Set up and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data flows for high-performance and real-time data availability.
• Ensure interoperability between BKK stock systems and modern AI infrastructures.
• Analyze specialist processes, map data flows and improve data quality at the source.
• Identify workflow optimization opportunities and support implementation with process managers.
• Provide ready-to-use datasets and semantic context for AI agent optimization and fine-tuning.
• Translate functional requirements into precise, compliant prompts.
• Analyze anonymized user behavior and feedback to improve the CIS system.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business informatics, data science, computer science or a comparable qualification, with several years of professional experience.
• Strong Python skills, including Pandas and PySpark.
• Extensive experience connecting JSON/REST APIs and querying complex SQL database structures.
• Experience with process modeling such as BPMN or requirements analysis is desirable.
• Ability to translate operational processes into logical data models and derive efficiency gains.
• Business-level German communication skills and an understanding of German regulatory requirements under the SGB.
