What You’ll Do

  • Drive Primark’s culture agenda by partnering with stakeholders to embed company values and behaviours across the colleague lifecycle and support culture-focused initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of culture, engagement and recognition events, managing logistics, schedules, suppliers, communications and overall event delivery.
  • Own and manage the annual Culture & Values calendar, ensuring campaigns, events and engagement activities are planned, communicated and delivered.
  • Manage and develop engaging content for ZING, including colleague stories, recognition initiatives, values-led campaigns and best-practice sharing, aligned with Internal Communications.
  • Coordinate global recognition programmes and support culture projects by creating presentations, toolkits, guides, engagement materials and campaign assets.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide project support, including working with Culture Advocates, managing suppliers, tracking engagement metrics, reporting, administration and project coordination.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 3 years of experience delivering culture, colleague engagement, communications or organisational culture initiatives. Retail experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Experience planning and coordinating events, workshops, recognition programmes, communications and colleague engagement activities within a global or complex organisation.
  • Strong internal communications and storytelling skills. Experience using employee communication platforms such as ZING or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, activities and deadlines.
  • Confidence working with diverse stakeholders across functions and seniority levels, building relationships and driving collaboration.
  • A proactive, hands-on and delivery-focused approach, with a genuine passion for people, culture and purpose.

What You’ll Get

This is a hybrid opportunity with two days working from home. Benefits include 27 days of leave plus bank holidays, the option to buy five additional days, Tax Saver Tickets, a fitness centre and a subsidised cafeteria.

All offers of employment are subject to background checks, including right-to-work, reference and education checks, and for some roles criminal and financial checks.
