Atos is seeking a Chief Technology Officer for its Digital Manufacturing and Retail Industry business in the UK. The role provides technical credibility, industry expertise and leadership to support growth and develop customer solutions.
The Role
The CTO will work closely with Client Partners, Account Executives and customers to develop solutions and identify growth opportunities that drive long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Delivery Teams, Marketing and Communications, and Partners and Vendors.
- Develop Manufacturing-specific technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Work with the Industry Head to define an improved future position for the Industry, including required outcomes and investment.
- Work with Business Lines to develop solutions aligned with Atos and industry frameworks.
- Ensure solutions deliver business and technical excellence in line with client requirements and Atos standards.
- Build and expand relationships with key customer stakeholders through to C-level.
- Drive innovation that improves outcomes for customers and Atos.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
- Experience managing relationships with senior client and internal executives, including CxOs, Industry Heads and Business Line leaders.
- Ability to align technology solutions with business value.
- Understanding of the industry landscape and its future.
- Experience leading, contributing to or delivering work in the Manufacturing and Retail industries.
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance (SC) upon commencement of employment.
