CSC Intern 數位服務專案實習生（LINE客戶服務專案）

Tasks

• 協助主管推動 LINE 客戶服務專案，參與客戶服務數位化及流程優化相關工作。
• 協助與外部廠商、IT 人員及相關單位進行需求溝通、追蹤及協調。
• 協助蒐集及分析業務需求，參與測試及專案成果驗證。
• 學習公司金融產品及作業流程，嘗試流程改善建議並協助執行主管交辦事項。

Qualifications

• 資訊管理、資訊工程或相關科系尤佳。
• 具良好邏輯分析與溝通協調能力。
• 對系統應用、數位服務、專案管理或流程改善具高度興趣。
• 具基本資料分析能力及熟悉 Microsoft Office 工具。
• 每週需至少能上班3天。
