Corporate Affairs Intern
We’re seeking a creative and driven intern to join HEINEKEN APAC’s Regional Corporate Affairs team as a Corporate Communications Intern. This role offers the opportunity to develop storytelling, planning, and stakeholder engagement skills while supporting communication initiatives across 22 Asia-Pacific markets.
Key Responsibilities
Content Ideation & Strategy
- Lead content ideation for internal and external communications across regional platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Asia-Pacific to uncover and share impactful stories.
- Own and manage the content calendar, working with the Graphic Design Intern to maintain a strong content pipeline for social channels.
- Draft clear, concise, and compelling copy for digital platforms while maintaining a consistent corporate brand voice.
- Use AI tools to support content ideation, drafting, and research.
Internal Engagement & Coordination
- Coordinate and execute internal communication campaigns and activities.
- Support awareness initiatives that foster a connected and informed workplace culture.
- Partner with the Graphic Design Intern and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across 22 Asia-Pacific markets.
- Liaise with regional and global communications teams to align messaging and communication goals.
The role also provides exposure to public affairs and sustainability within a multidisciplinary team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Creative storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of internal and external communications principles and best practices.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage content calendars and multiple stakeholders.
- AI-savvy and interested in using AI tools for content development and communications planning.
- Analytical, curious, adaptable, proactive, and eager to work in a multicultural environment.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma or degree in communications, media studies, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong English writing and editing skills.
- Experience with content management systems and social media platforms is a plus.
