The Pôle Technologies et Digital Groupe of Crédit Agricole S.A. is seeking an IT Management Controller to join the PROGICA team within Group IT Finance.
The team manages Group Crédit Agricole's shared IT expenditure through PROGICA and LESICA, financing shared projects and the operation of developed solutions.
Missions
Independently manage the financial oversight of the Group's shared IT products, supporting project teams, preparing business plans, committing expenditure and invoicing clients.
Budget control for a product portfolio
You will be responsible for a portfolio of approximately 30 IT products covering accounting and regulatory information systems, online banking, technology and security.
- Participate in preparing project decision documents and steering committees
- Develop business plans
- Monitor project budget execution
- Control contracts and commitments
- Invoice clients and monitor contracts
- Collect participation agreements from client entities
- Inform client entities about budget developments
- Contribute to accounting closing activities
- Contribute to budget construction, particularly by challenging operating costs
- Implement and monitor indicators for the assigned scope
- Conduct financial studies required for effective financial management
- Update operating procedures and processes
Information system and methodology management
Participate in service projects related to evolving methods and tools, either as a contributor or project manager. Ensure that reference data is properly managed and updated in real time according to business needs.
Profile
- Postgraduate degree equivalent to a master's degree in business, university studies or engineering, specializing in finance or management control
- At least 6 years of experience in management control
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial issues
- Good knowledge of information systems is an advantage
- Ability to write summary notes and presentations
- Ability to conduct appropriately detailed financial analyses
- Ability to design, propose, evolve and implement new processes
- Ability to understand and lead change
- Strong relationship-building skills with Group entities and IT project managers
- Team spirit, communication skills, organization and rigor
- Proactive and able to make recommendations
IT tools and languages
Very good command of Excel and the Office 365 environment. Knowledge of Planning Analytics is an advantage. Intermediate English required.
