Mercedes-Benz Management Consulting is the internal consulting team of Mercedes-Benz, working with top management to develop transformative strategies and accelerate digital growth.

As a Consultant (Strategy), you will advise management on strategic and operational issues, develop strategies and solutions in close interaction with clients, and help shape the future of mobility.

• Advise clients on strategic and operational questions
• Develop new strategies and solutions in close interaction with clients
• Take responsibility for the successful implementation of sub-work packages
• Manage teams working on individual work packages
• Derive new conceptual approaches and methods for future projects

Qualifications

• Completed university degree with above-average academic performance, preferably in economics, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
• Relevant professional experience at an international strategy consultancy, in the corporate strategy department of an automotive company or in related industries
• International experience through assignments abroad lasting several months
• Business-fluent German and English
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to abstract and present complex matters clearly
• Strong communication, presentation and teamwork skills, with commitment and flexibility

Optional experience includes digital business models and ecosystems, agile product or software development, backlog planning, requirements engineering and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.

Additional information

This is a permanent position. Mercedes-Benz works in a hybrid model, with project-dependent on-site attendance of up to five days possible.
