Purpose
The Security Architecture team serves as a trusted partner to engineering, platform, product, cloud, data, AI, and enterprise architecture teams. The role partners with global technology teams to design secure, scalable, and resilient solutions.
Key Accountabilities
- Act as the primary Information Security partner for assigned business domains, products, platforms, and transformation initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders and drive early engagement of Information Security in project and product lifecycles.
- Assess and prioritize security demand based on business criticality, risk exposure, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectives.
- Provide risk-based security guidance on cybersecurity, privacy, cloud security, AI security, identity management, and secure software development.
- Translate complex security requirements into practical, business-aligned requirements and solutions.
- Lead and oversee Secure Design Reviews for strategic technology initiatives.
- Ensure security and privacy requirements are addressed throughout solution design and implementation.
- Review architecture decisions against enterprise security standards and strategic security objectives.
- Conduct and oversee security risk assessments for technologies, products, vendors, and platforms.
- Identify security gaps, architectural weaknesses, and emerging risks, and ensure remediation is tracked.
- Contribute to security architecture frameworks, standards, methodologies, and transformation initiatives involving cloud, AI, Zero Trust, data protection, and cybersecurity modernization.
- Deliver management reporting and executive insights on demand trends and security posture.
What We Are Looking For
- College or university degree focused on Information Security or Cyber Security, or equivalent education and experience.
- Five to seven years of experience in Information or Cyber Security, including three to four years in security architecture, design, or consulting.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent English skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, controls, security architecture, cloud security, identity and access management, application security, network and infrastructure security, and AI/GenAI security.
- Knowledge of Secure-by-Design principles, threat modeling, security design reviews, enterprise architecture, cloud-native architectures, API security, and microservices security.
- Strong understanding of risk management, security governance, compliance frameworks, policy development, and security standards.

- Identity and access management, SSO, federation, and Zero Trust
- Application, API, network, data, and AI security architecture
- Threat modeling methodologies such as STRIDE
