CONSULTANT

Provide Level 2/Level 3 operational support for Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PC and Microsoft 365 environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
• Create and manage Cloud PC provisioning policies, network connections, and image configurations.
• Manage Cloud PC user assignments, license allocation, and group-based access through Microsoft Entra ID.
• Monitor Cloud PC performance, availability, service health, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot Cloud PC provisioning failures, connectivity issues, identity and authentication issues, application access issues, and user-reported incidents.
• Manage Cloud PC images, gallery images, custom images, language settings, and provisioning policy image selection.
• Understand Windows 365 network models such as Microsoft Hosted Network and Azure Network Connection, including Entra Join and Hybrid Entra Join scenarios.
• Apply basic knowledge of RDP Short path, RDP Multipath, Windows App client, DNS, VPN/ExpressRoute, Azure networking, firewall, and endpoint connectivity requirements.
• Perform Cloud PC lifecycle activities including provisioning, resizing, reprovisioning, restore, and deprovisioning.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for Windows device management, compliance policies, configuration profiles, endpoint security policies, and security baselines.
• Implement and support Windows Autopilot, Windows Update for Business, patch management, and endpoint compliance reporting.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID users, groups, devices, and administrative roles.
• Review the Cloud PC environment and provide Service Improvement Plans to improve performance, security, compliance, and user experience.
• Monitor Cloud PC health, analyse logs and alerts, maintain operational dashboards, and perform root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation for administration, reporting, user onboarding and offboarding, and repetitive operational tasks.
• Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles, architecture documentation, configuration standards, and operational runbooks.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management.

Required experience and skills

• 5+ years of experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC and Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, and Azure fundamentals.
• Basic knowledge of DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP, hybrid networking concepts, and Azure Virtual Network concepts.
• Certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104, or AZ-140 are preferred.
