Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the operation of the system and record any problems that occur.
• Ensure rapid problem resolution in close cooperation with participating third parties.
• Proactively follow the solution progress of incidents.
• Monitor and analyze possible sources of error.
• Keep stakeholders up to date on system-relevant incidents.
• Follow established processes such as Incident Management and Change Request Management.
• Evangelize best practices and methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and procedures.
• Cultivate relationships with developers, engineers, and other technology partners to understand their infrastructure needs and deliver solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to associate team members.

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements:

• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with CI-CD tool chains, such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory, and Ansible.
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with Linux OS.
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience with middleware management, such as WebSphere, JBoss, and MQ.
• Good knowledge of RDBMS, including DB2 and PostgreSQL.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agile/SCRUM ways of working.
• Knowledge of cloud and containers.
• Knowledge of Java/J2EE and JavaScript.
