Conseiller Travaux H/F

ViaREN, a subsidiary of Pacifica and Crédit Agricole Assurances, specializes in restoring homes for policyholders affected by claims. The company operates on intervention requests and premises improvement projects submitted by partners and their clients.

As a Conseiller Travaux, you will manage intervention requests entrusted to ViaREN's network of approved independent service providers.

• Process requests from policyholders and clients.
• Assess the urgency of each case.
• Conduct remote assessments of policyholders' needs.
• Break down requirements by trade or group of trades.
• Select an appropriate service provider based on capacity.
• Monitor the progress of intervention requests.
• Manage and qualify client feedback and handle it appropriately, with technical support when needed.
• Review and verify quotations according to defined delegation levels.
• Check management rules associated with each intervention.
• Suggest quotation corrections to contractors and negotiate when necessary.
• Contribute actively to service quality and customer satisfaction.

You will receive support and onboarding from the team to help you build your skills progressively.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent education.
• Customer relations training or specialization.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Experience in claims management and/or a customer relations center.
• Autonomous, methodical and organized approach.
• Curiosity, openness, listening skills and powers of persuasion.
