Your responsibilities
- Welcome and advise branch customers through several channels, including the branch and telephone.
- Analyze customer needs and respond effectively, referring customers to the appropriate adviser when necessary.
- Assist customers with the mobile application, online banking and electronic signatures.
- Carry out customers' routine banking transactions.
- Assist customers in using digital banking services, including remote banking.
- Ensure effective customer communication through branch materials.
Your environment and development
You will join a collaborative branch, close to customers whom you advise in person or remotely. You will work closely with the branch advisers and manager, who will support you during your integration.
Your career at LCL will begin as a Customer Reception Adviser. Through your commitment and skills development, you may progress to the position of Personal Customer Adviser.

Requirements
You have two to three years of higher education and significant experience in retail with a demanding customer base.
