Job description

Main responsibilities

  • Develop and actively retain a portfolio of professional clients through targeted prospecting and expert advice.
  • Identify and support clients' professional and personal projects, including financing and investments.
  • Analyse and manage financing needs while focusing on risk control and the overall profitability of the relationship.
  • Coordinate internal experts in wealth management, real estate and corporate banking to provide a comprehensive offering.
  • Regularly visit clients to understand their businesses, strengthen relationships and see the impact of your work.

Recruitment process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a specialisation in banking or corporate finance.
  • At least an initial experience, including an internship or work-study placement, in banking and serving professional clients.
  • Ability to analyse balance sheets and income statements, use financial tools and assess business risks.
  • Knowledge of wealth management.
  • Strong interpersonal, listening, commercial and analytical skills.
  • Team spirit, rigour, organisation, digital proficiency and adaptability.
