You are the preferred contact for individual customers in banking and insurance. As a trusted partner, you build relationships by providing advice and support, helping customers with their short- and long-term projects.
You will develop your customer portfolio, provide tailored advice, manage accounts and associated risks, and contribute to the overall satisfaction of the branch’s customers.
Your responsibilities
- Provide suitable solutions through a diverse range of products, including consumer credit, mortgages and insurance.
- Develop your commercial portfolio through proactive customer support and digital tools such as videoconferencing, remote sales and signature, multichannel customer journeys and mobile applications.
- Adapt your advice and support to each customer’s profile and needs.
- Manage current accounts and assess associated risks.
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and support the training of new branch employees.
Your environment and development
You will join a collaborative branch, working with customers both in person and remotely. You will work closely with the branch advisers and manager, who will support your integration.
Your experience with individual customers will help you develop your banking culture. With your involvement, your responsibilities may evolve toward higher-level delegations, tutoring or specialist roles. Requirements
- Two or three years of higher education and banking or retail experience with demanding customers.
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Entry-level candidates must have relevant work-study experience.
- Commercial drive, optimism, responsiveness, autonomy, curiosity and proactivity.
