The role of Conseiller Clientèle Particuliers combines two essential pillars of customer relations: human connection, including interpersonal skills, customer service, empathy and trust, and financial expertise, including risk analysis, account management and business development.
You will support customers at every stage of their lives, contribute to their satisfaction and loyalty, and offer products and services suited to their needs.
Main responsibilities
- Advise customers and market suitable products and services, including home loans, consumer credit, insurance and savings.
- Manage customer accounts and monitor each file.
- Develop and retain a customer portfolio by applying KYC methods.

Candidate profile
A minimum Bac qualification is required, together with at least one year of banking customer-relations experience. You should have strong interpersonal and listening skills, adaptability, commercial interest, customer-service orientation, and be rigorous and organized.
