Crédit Agricole Immobilier is a leader in institutional property management in France, offering comprehensive support for residential, office and commercial assets.
Reporting to the Head of Mandate Accounting, you will join a close-knit team responsible for maintaining the current and financial accounting of a portfolio of mandates in accordance with legal, tax and accounting standards.
Main responsibilities
- Enter and monitor supplier invoices, taxes, insurance, and calls for funds from co-ownership syndicates, ASLs and delegated parties.
- Monitor payments, reconcile accounts and manage credit notes.
- Handle supplier reminders and disputes, ensuring effective resolution of contentious situations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and analyse accounting suspense items.
- Record tenant receipts and ensure their correct accounting allocation.
- Carry out service-charge adjustments in accordance with deadlines and applicable accounting rules.
- Produce client reporting.
- Prepare tax returns, including VAT, DAS2, CRL and office taxes.
- Participate in accounting closings by preparing the necessary cut-off entries.
- Prepare service-charge statements for tenants and owners.
- Issue budget-based calls for funds to clients and monitor their payment.
- Contribute to good relations with other teams, mandate representatives and statutory auditors.
Profile
You have higher education in accounting, finance, management control or an equivalent field, and a first successful experience in a similar position. A Bachelor’s degree, BSc or equivalent is required.
Key qualities include rigour, analytical ability, team spirit, organisation, dynamism and curiosity.
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel. Knowledge of ALTAIX software would be an advantage.
