The role

• Work in a flexible hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert in Compliance, analysing and translating complex regulatory change into concise summaries.
• Support the safe implementation of strategic and regulatory change while fostering innovation.
• Influence key decision-making processes and strategic initiatives.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Skills and experience

• A minimum of five years of experience in a compliance role within an FCA Life and Pensions regulated environment.
• Proven ability to manage and influence business stakeholders.
• Comprehensive understanding of FCA rules and principles for Life and Pensions products.
• Skill in devising and presenting effective solutions to resolve regulatory issues.
