What is the opportunity?
CACEIS Malaysia has been a cornerstone of asset servicing since 2008, evolving into a trusted hub of operational excellence within the global CACEIS network. Strategically located in IOI City, Putrajaya, the company employs over 1,200 skilled professionals, providing a broad spectrum of services to institutional clients across Europe.
Working hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (Malaysia time). Region: Europe, including Luxembourg, Ireland and Switzerland.
What will you do?
- Interpret fee schedules and fee agreements.
- Set up fee rates in the system and Excel invoice templates.
- Retrieve and upload manually collected data.
- Generate invoices, perform controls and provide trend-analysis justifications.
- Validate invoices and send them to clients.
- Follow up on aged receivables and unpaid outstanding invoices.
- Verify client authorization for invoice payments.
- Justify break items in invoice payment mismatches against invoice amounts.
- Investigate and respond to clients and client-facing teams within KPI timelines.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to provide consolidated responses to client queries.
- Calculate fee impacts for potential invoice undercharges or overcharges.
- Support departmental and enterprise-wide initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting and Finance, or related experience.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in client billing and/or accounts receivable processes.
- Experience in the financial services industry, such as fund or investor services.
- Minimum experience: 0–2 years.
- Understanding and application of fee schedules and client fee agreements.
- Understanding of client products and their operational nature.
- Experience with SQL or Excel VBA.
Duration: 12 months. This position has no management responsibilities. Remote work is not authorized.
