Chief Technology Officer L by LCL Pro H/F

L by LCL Pro is a 100% digital online banking offer from LCL for business customers, combining the advantages of an online bank with those of a branch network.

Responsibilities

• Define the technology strategy and information systems architecture for L by LCL Pro.
• Choose technical directions and define architecture, development and operations standards in line with LCL Technology Division IT strategy.
• Anticipate technological developments and lead major, innovative and disruptive technology choices.
• Ensure alignment between business and IT strategies.
• Ensure consistency between functional, application and technical architecture and the wider LCL information system.
• Arbitrate major technical decisions with technical experts and Crédit Agricole Group stakeholders, including CA-GIP.
• Guarantee service quality and security.
• Manage technical teams, including their development, recruitment and resource management.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.
• Lead IT delivery and ensure product value is delivered.
• Contribute to governance and participate in decision-making bodies with business divisions.
• Own the IT budget and manage technical and operational risks, particularly in relation to regulatory requirements.
• Communicate the technology vision to sponsors and executives.
• Represent L by LCL Pro in LCL and Crédit Agricole Group governance bodies.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree or equivalent.
• At least 11 years of experience.
• Strong technological and architectural expertise, with the ability to challenge solutions down to the necessary level of detail.
• Strategic understanding of emerging Data, AI and Cloud challenges.
• Good knowledge of banking information systems, including core banking, payments, compliance and digital channels.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements for information systems.
• Experience with large-scale information systems architectures, including security, resilience, scalability, observability and operational excellence.
• AWS knowledge is appreciated.
• Fluent English.
