Job description
Crédit Agricole Immobilier is seeking a Sustainable Real Estate Project Manager to lead high-value projects, manage a team of project managers, support business development, and ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Management and activity leadership: Organize, plan, and manage the team's work; allocate assignments; monitor workload, deadlines, quality, and project profitability; develop employees' skills; lead team meetings; and ensure compliance with methods, processes, and commitments.
- Technical assignments: Support clients in environmental and energy transition and real estate portfolio management through energy audits, energy performance studies, environmental certifications, decarbonization and carbon strategy initiatives, climate change adaptation studies, and sustainable real estate consulting.
- Business development: Identify opportunities, develop partner networks, prepare technical and commercial proposals, contribute to tender responses, help define new services, monitor regulatory, technological, and competitive developments, and improve team methods and practices.
Requirements
- Postgraduate degree or equivalent in energy, building, environmental studies, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in energy and environmental performance consulting or engineering.
- Proven team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of energy and environmental regulations, environmental certification frameworks, life-cycle analysis, energy performance, sustainable real estate, and project financial and contract management.
- Leadership, curiosity, organization, client focus, autonomy, analytical skills, and excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of NOOCO or Comfie Pléiades is an advantage.
