The LCL branch network offers individuals and professionals a complete range of banking products and services. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of its approach, with advisers building trusted relationships through tailored advice and products suited to customers' needs.
Integrated into an LCL branch, you will be the preferred contact for artisans, merchants, liberal professions, small businesses and large associations. You will support clients with daily cash management, development projects and management of their private accounts. You will also contribute to developing the skills of professional-client advisers within your area.
You will regularly travel to meet clients and prospects and may rely on product specialists.
Responsibilities
- Act as a referent and provide expertise to other professional advisers in your area, supporting the Branch Manager.
- Develop the customer portfolio through prospecting and a strong field presence.
- Increase customers' use of LCL products and services by providing suitable responses and proposing the full range of products and services.
- Use and promote multichannel tools.
- Negotiate and argue pricing and margins.
- Represent LCL in the assigned area, including participation in professional union meetings and local bodies.
- Manage accounts operationally and regularly assess the customer's position.
- Measure operational risks and counterparty issues while respecting professional ethics.
- Respect the duty to advise and apply quality and service standards.
- Update customer data to improve the relevance of expert systems.
Successful experience in the role may lead to opportunities within the Retail and Professional network, such as business development or Branch Manager roles, or to a position within Corporate Banking.

Education and experience
For recent graduates: business school, IAE or university qualification in corporate finance, banking or commerce, with an initial banking experience through an internship or apprenticeship required.
For experienced candidates: minimum Bac +3 qualification from a business school, IAE, university, ITB or CESB, and at least three years' experience as a Professional Client Adviser.
