Chargé d'affaires Capital Markets – Coordination Groupe

Your team

The Risk Management & Control (RMC) department manages global risks related to information security and business continuity at Crédit Agricole CIB. RMC also covers risks arising from CACIB’s commitments to Crédit Agricole Group entities using services provided by its businesses and IT teams.

Within RMC, you will join the Subcontracting Management Unit (SMU), which coordinates outsourcing services delivered by CACIB for other Crédit Agricole Group entities. CACIB shares its expertise and infrastructure with other Group entities by delivering outsourcing services.

Within this team, Client Relationship Managers are the main contacts for clients throughout the relationship. They coordinate business and IT services and work closely with outsourcing representatives in CA-CIB business lines and support functions to:

• Help define and characterize the IT and business needs of Group client entities.
• Lead projects relating to activities outsourced to CA-CIB by clients.
• Establish, adapt, implement and monitor agreements governing business and IT services.
• Manage ongoing relationships with clients and internal teams, including governance, budgets, operational coordination and KPIs.
• Manage risks arising from outsourcing activities.

Your missions

Build

• Ensure the pre-scoping of projects initiated at the request of client entities in your portfolio.
• Manage certain ongoing projects and monitor, in collaboration with the SMU major projects team, the progress of the project portfolio funded by entities within your scope.

Run

• Lead outsourcing relationships with clients in your portfolio, including organizing, preparing and holding client committees.
• Coordinate the formalization of service contracts, including PSEE and SLA agreements.
• Participate in monitoring your client portfolio budget in collaboration with the team’s PMO and management control.

Travel will be occasional.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree (MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate) or equivalent.
• Business school, engineering school or university training.
• 6–10 years of experience.
• Experience managing projects in an investment banking environment or managing a production team in the Capital Markets chain.
• Project management skills.
• Knowledge of the functional aspects of Capital Markets, from front to back to accounting and risk.
• Autonomy, organizational ability, rigor, team-building skills, strong writing ability and diplomacy.
• Proficiency in office tools.
• Operational English.
