Change Acceleration- Managing Consultant

Your role

As a Managing Consultant with expertise in Change Management, you will deliver complex client business transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors and drive the enhancement of our service offerings.

• Lead the delivery of medium-sized and complex client business transformation initiatives.
• Manage large client contracts, including budgets, resource profiles and billing.
• Contribute to delivery strategies and new offerings, enhancing change management approaches and services.
• Contribute to the Programme and Change Practice strategy.
• Develop internal training pathways in strategic change management, including technology-enabled change, transition change and transformational leadership.
• Lead client delivery teams and mentor or coach junior team members.
• Contribute to proposals, RFPs, bids, proposition development, client pitches and events.
• Support campaign development, internal think-tanks, whitepapers, practice development and offering development.
• Undertake training, certifications and other learning and development activities.

Your profile

• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-supplier transformation initiatives across public and private sectors.
• Expertise in strategic change management, stakeholder management and change delivery.
• Experience delivering and facilitating training to build capability and adoption.
• Experience in a major consulting firm and/or industry.
• Commercial acumen and the ability to structure mutually beneficial deals.
• Ability to enhance change leadership and delivery through automation, advanced tooling and tailored methodologies.
• Proven ability to foster and grow client relationships.
• Experience with multiple delivery approaches, particularly hybrid models combining traditional change approaches with Agile frameworks.
• Desirable experience with SAP S4/Hana, Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics or Copilot.
• Desirable qualifications include PROSCI Change Practitioner, APMG Change, PRINCE2, Agile, MSP, MoP or P3O.
• Ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and support consulting sales and delivery.
• Experience building propositions and leading the transition from sales into delivery.
• Existing or eligible UK Security Check (SC) vetting, or willingness to obtain it within six months.
