Job description
The Master Data Services Department is looking for a Data Officer within its Static Data team.
The team is organized into two divisions: France and International (Luxembourg).
Your main responsibilities include the daily processing of operations managed by the Reference Data team, including:
- Creating, updating, and controlling market data for financial instruments such as fixed- and floating-rate bonds, hybrids, convertibles, equities, warrants, CFDs, futures, and options.
- Collecting instrument characteristics from financial information providers including Bloomberg, SIX Financial, Reuters, and Clearstream.
- Daily integration and updating of information in dedicated databases, including issue date, maturity date, first coupon date, calculation basis, and coupon schedule.
- Checking the consistency and quality of information in databases.
- Investigating, analyzing, and resolving anomalies, including issues blocking downstream systems.
- Retrieving security events and monitoring corporate actions such as mergers, dividend payments, and detachments.
- Responding to requests from different stakeholders, including accountants and clients, through JIRAH and email.

Within CACEIS Fund Administration, Master Data Services brings together functions related to the administration of reference data for the Group. Data Management specializes in maintaining databases covering security characteristics, prices, corporate actions, and portfolios.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; a Bac+4/Bac+5 qualification in finance, management, or accounting.
- Three to five years of experience.
- Initial experience in UCITS accounting and/or knowledge of data providers is a plus.
- Knowledge of the banking and financial sector and its instruments.
- Interest in figures and computer tools, particularly Excel and Access.
- VBA and SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Analytical and synthesis skills, teamwork, communication, autonomy, and rigor.
- Professional English is essential.
- Good command of databases and Microsoft Office tools.
