LCL, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Group, is recruiting a Fixed-Term Contract Commercial Customer Advisor for amicable debt collection in Villejuif, France.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor amicable debt collection cases.
• Analyze customer situations to adapt collection strategies.
• Recover outstanding debts.
• Manage risk.
• Communicate with LCL branch networks.
• Transfer unresolved cases to the litigation department.

Profile

Two years of higher education in banking, finance or insurance. Beginner or experienced candidates are welcome; the stated minimum experience level is 3–5 years. Required skills include customer relationship management, negotiation and decision-making, rigor, organization, autonomy, agility and teamwork. Knowledge of administrative banking management and banking and office tools is required.
