Casual Retail Professional - Sydney Brand Centre, NSW

We are looking for a passionate Retail Professional to join the adidas Sydney Brand Centre on a casual basis.

As a Retail Professional, you will drive store net sales and consumer experience within an adidas Halo store, achieve high productivity, and contribute to an active selling environment.

Purpose & relevance for the organisation

• Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
• Support the store management team by providing an outstanding customer experience while achieving commercial goals.
• Represent adidas and its products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Inspire consumer loyalty and amplify the brand through every decision and action.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards.

Knowledge, capabilities and experience

• Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
• Willingness to set and maintain high standards of performance.
• Motivated, energetic and passionate about achievement.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours

Availability to work 38 hours per week, flexibly across weekdays and weekends according to the store’s trading hours, is required.
