We are looking for a passionate Retail Professional to join the adidas Sydney Brand Centre on a casual basis.
The Retail Professional is responsible for driving store net sales and consumer experience within an adidas Halo store, achieving high productivity, and contributing to an active selling environment.

- Drive store profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Support the store management team by providing customers with an outstanding experience while meeting commercial goals.
- Represent adidas and its products in an inspiring and impactful way.
- Inspire consumer loyalty to the adidas brand.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies and standards.
Knowledge, Capabilities and Experience
- Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Willingness to set and maintain high performance standards.
- Motivated, energetic and passionate about achievement.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
Applicants must be available to work 38 hours per week, with flexibility across weekdays and weekends according to the store's trading hours.
