About the role
We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional for the adidas DFO Outlet in South Wharf, Melbourne, VIC, on a casual basis. The successful candidate will be an efficient, proactive retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and an interest in working for a global brand.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets, taking ownership to meet or exceed them.
- Deliver adidas brand customer service standards in a fast-paced selling environment.
- Maintain established visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
- Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures so the full product offer is represented on the sales floor.
- Represent adidas brand values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements
- Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success.
- Motivation, energy, and passion for achievement.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Permanent legal rights to work in Australia or New Zealand.
