We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our NIKE store in Gdańsk. As Store Manager, you will lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service and creates unforgettable moments for every consumer who walks through our doors.
What You Do
- Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium store environment for consumers.
- Build, lead, coach, and develop a diverse team while creating a strong and inclusive team culture.
- Drive store performance by managing budgets, operations, sales targets, service standards, and consumer satisfaction.
- Bring NIKE’s strategy to life in your store, including membership, digital services, sustainability, and consumer engagement.
- Ensure the store operates in line with NIKE standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Partner closely with other stores, field leadership, and HQ teams to deliver results and share best practices.
- Create an environment where every team member feels inspired, supported, and empowered to grow.

What You Bring
- Previous experience in store management.
- Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken.
- Experience in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales, and people management.
- A passion for NIKE, sport, and creating exceptional consumer experiences.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong coaching skills and the ability to motivate others.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on weekends.
- Confidence using tools to support employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and performance conversations.
