We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional for the Market City Factory Outlet in Sydney, NSW, on a casual basis.
If you are an efficient, proactive retail sales enthusiast with a connection to sport and would love to work for a global brand, adidas is looking for you.
Key responsibilities
- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership of them, and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
- Execute Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations.
- Execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.
- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.
- Represent the adidas brand, company values, and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
Requirements
Successful applicants will have a strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
