Job description
Urban transport must reduce pollution and improve traffic. Sopra Steria’s Lille Transport agency works on projects involving rail infrastructure, traveller communication applications, embedded applications and next-generation ticketing.
As a Business Analyst, you will work on high-value IT projects in close collaboration with client business teams. You will support the definition of new digital tools within multidisciplinary agile teams throughout framing, development, testing and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Organise and facilitate client workshops to gather user needs and support decision-making.
- Write functional documentation, including user stories and mock-ups.
- Participate in and facilitate project monitoring meetings, including daily meetings and steering committees, as well as co-design sessions.
- Work closely with developers.
- Contribute to maintaining the project backlog.
- Propose continuous improvement plans based on understanding the client’s business needs.
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives such as training and innovation or digital challenges.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset and an ability to work in a team.
- Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university education.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
